Important Military Ball Information
Ball Reservations
Prior to December 1, 2010 tickets are $50.00 per person. After December 1, 2010 tickets are $60.00 per person.
Seating availability is not guaranteed after December 15, 2010.
No tickets will be available for purchase the night of the Ball.
Tables of ten are available.
Seating priority based on date of reservation.
Please remember, your Cadet or Midshipman will need a paid reservation for the Ball.
Every effort will be made to accomodate your seating preferences for tables of 10.
No tickets will be mailed.
All reservations are final. No refunds will be made.
Please have your Cadet or
Midshipman report to check-in for your designated
academy and seating assignment.
Coast Guard and Merchant Marine
attendees should check in at The Naval Academy table.
At check-in, information will be provided on photography.
Remind your Cadet/Midshipman to bring their Mess Dress home for the holidays.
They will need to report at 6:00
PM for the Academy Group Pictures and the March-in.
There will be a cash bar at the ball.
Cadets/Midshipmen will receive free soft drinks during the ball.
All guests should be seated by 7:00 PM for the March-In and Program.
After the March-in, ladies may change into their evening gowns.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotel rooms may be reserved by calling 1-888-388-8484 and requesting the Joint Military Ball Guest Rooms.
Moody Gardens Hotel is offering a special rate for the ball of $99.00 plus tax.
Rooms can also be reserved at The Inn at The Waterpark for $69.00 plus tax and includes complimentary
shuttle service between the Ball and The Inn. Call 409-740-1155 to reach The Inn at the Waterpark.
Reservations should be made by
December 1, 2010.
Parking
Complimentary parking is provided in the garage adjacent to the entrance of the Convention Center.
Directions
From Houston: Take I-45 South, exit 61st Street. Right on 61st Street to Seawall Boulevard. Right on 81st
Street to Jones Road. Turn right on Hope Boulevard to Moody Gardens Hotel, Spa and Convention Center.
